These Terms of Service govern your use of the VintageToy online store and the purchase of goods from us. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
2. Products & Descriptions
All items are genuine vintage or antique toys. We make every effort to describe and photograph items accurately, including condition and known restoration. Condition grades follow our published Condition Guide. Vintage items are sold as collectibles and may show age-consistent wear; photographs form part of the description.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are stated at checkout and may be shown in different currencies for display only. We accept the payment methods offered at checkout. All payments are processed securely by Shopify.
4. Shipping & Risk
Risk passes to you upon delivery. Insurance is included on all orders; please see our Shipping & Returns page.
5. Returns
Returns are governed by our Returns policy, summarised on the Shipping & Returns page and forming part of these terms.
6. Age & Safety Notice
Many vintage toys were manufactured before modern safety standards and may contain small parts, lead-based paint or other materials no longer permitted. Items are sold as collectibles for adult collectors, not as children's toys, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
7. Intellectual Property
Brand names, logos and characters remain the property of their respective owners. VintageToy is an independent reseller of second-hand collectibles and is not affiliated with any toy manufacturer.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item concerned.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
