Yes. We ship internationally from Hong Kong with tracked and insured shipping to most countries.

How long does delivery take?
Hong Kong: 1–3 business days. International: 5–15 business days depending on destination and customs.
How are items packed?
Every vintage toy is hand-packed with bubble wrap, foam and a reinforced box. Fragile items are double-boxed. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.
Can I get insurance and tracking?
Yes — all international orders ship with tracking, and transit insurance is included or available as an upgrade depending on value.

Are your toys authentic?
Yes. We guarantee every item is a genuine vintage or antique toy, verified against manufacturer marks, date codes and reference materials. Read our Authenticity & Provenance promise.
What does your condition grade mean?
We use the standard collector scale from Mint (C-10) to Fair/Poor, explained on our Condition Guide.
Can I see more photos or video?
Absolutely. Contact us before ordering and we will send close-up photos or a short video of the actual piece.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return an item?
Yes — if an item is not as described, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. See our returns policy for details.
Payment Protection & Guarantees
What happens if my order never arrives?
You get a full refund. Every order ships tracked with transit insurance; if your parcel is lost in transit, we refund you in full — you never carry the risk of shipping.
Is paying with PayPal protected?
Yes. PayPal is available at checkout, and every PayPal payment is automatically covered by PayPal Purchase Protection — PayPal refunds you in full if your item doesn't arrive or isn't as described, up to 180 days after purchase.
Can I get my money back if the item isn't as described?
Yes — 100% money back. If an item is not as described (wrong item, condition worse than graded, or not authentic), contact us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund including our original shipping cost. No arguments, no restocking fees. PayPal and card chargeback protection back this up in any rare dispute.
