We carefully pack every vintage toy to survive the journey — bubble wrap, foam corners, sturdy boxes and fragile handling where needed. Fragile and high-value items are double-boxed as standard.
- Hong Kong: 1–3 business days via local courier.
- International: 5–15 business days with tracked, insured shipping.
- Delivery time depends on destination and customs clearance; tracking is emailed the moment your order leaves us.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We declare items accurately and honestly at their purchase value, as required by law.
Packaging & Insurance
All orders include shipping insurance up to the item's value. If your order arrives damaged, keep all original packaging and contact us immediately — we will work with the carrier and make it right.
Returns — 14 Days on Authenticity & Condition
We want you to collect with total confidence:
- Not as described? Return any item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price — no questions asked.
- Changed your mind? Items may be returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 days, less shipping costs.
- Return shipping is paid by the buyer except where the item was misdescribed or damaged in transit.
Non-Returnable Items
For collector safety, items graded Fair/Poor and sold explicitly for restoration or parts are sold as-is and cannot be returned unless materially misdescribed.
